After a decade working at technology companies like Google, Meta and Pinterest, I quit my job to pursue a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am constantly exploring the nature of human suffering and the most effective ways to heal it at the intersection of science and spirituality. The best thing I have done for myself and my clients is my own work with a diverse group of talented practitioners who have helped me heal and grow as an eternal spirit navigating the challenges and joys of the human experience. As Ram Dass said: “We’re all just walking each other home,” and you cannot take someone somewhere you’ve never dared to venture.

Over the last two years, I revisited my technology skills to channel the blueprint for Lichen Health, a global, functional medicine network that weaves ancient wisdom with modern science and technology to connect people to the next, best modality on their journey of healing and growth.
